I believe that everyone is trying to do the best they can and sometimes needs help in identifying barriers and goals. I specialize helping individuals who have experienced trauma. I work with people to see their strengths and build resiliency. I work with the following individuals: healthcare professionals, caregivers, individuals navigating grief, major life transitions, experiencing burnout, teenagers and young adults. I work with adult children and parents as they face the concerns of aging and cognitive changes.
