I work with clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, and depression. Clients come to me to work through the loss of a loved one, loss of relationship, and family issues. Clients feel overwhelmed and hopeless, seeking inner peace. My method is eclectic and will adjust my treatment style to fit the clients' needs. I provide education on grief & loss, guided meditation, coaching on healthy coping, EMDR to help process trauma, CBT to replace dysfunctional thoughts, & assist in building a sense of empowerment to help clients move forward.
