I’m a Registered Psychotherapist at Changing Tides Counselling, working with individuals (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and addiction. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, understand, and guide you toward a path that feels right for you.
