Through all of life's distractions, the busy and sometimes monotonous nature of the day-to-day, and the influx of information received in our digital age, I recognize that it can be difficult to find time for yourself. I offer a space where you can pause, engage, and reflect on your inner and outer worlds, and be present with who you truly are. I work with individuals, couples, families, and youth who are hoping to better understand the self through processing emotions and unpacking unique experiences that have brought you to where you are today.
