I am a Professor and Doctor of Human Services specializing in workforce retention, supervisory systems, and organizational accountability in child- and youth-serving contexts. My work focuses on stabilizing systems that experience chronic turnover, burnout, and supervisory strain. While I maintain a limited clinical and supervisory practice, my primary role is not traditional therapy. I work at the intersection of practice, teaching, applied research, and governance — supporting organizations, leaders, and practitioners to understand how system conditions shape individual experience. I work with practitioners seeking supervision.
