I believe that all people harbour significant potential for intimacy and compassion towards themselves and others. Grief, betrayal, trauma, stress, and abuse are becoming part of everyday reality. Without support, they may lead to helplessness, depression, anxiety, addictions, or unhelpful coping strategies that inhibit their true potential. Over the past two decades of my professional career and my training in psychotherapy, I learned that the best path forward comes from within. Healing becomes within reach with the help of a trained professional and confidant who can listen, relate, and gently guide you as you navigate forward.
