I am currently accepting new supervisees and have some space available for new clients. If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably curious about who I am—and I’ll be honest: writing about myself (especially online) isn’t really my jam. I’m a bit on the private side. But I get that choosing a therapist or supervisor means wanting to know who you’re sitting across from. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with experience in community mental health, higher ed, and private practice. My work is predominantly virtual, supporting folks 16+ and fellow clinicians across Ottawa and Ontario.
