Specializing in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, behaviour or anger issues, couples therapy, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem with an emphasis on Attachment Therapy. When working with clients, my focus is to ensure that a safe, healthy and respectful space is provided to people of all ages, social backgrounds and cultural beliefs. I am committed to maintaining a practice that is anti-racist, anti-oppressive, 2SLGBTQ+ friendly and accessible.
