I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to fostering positive change in the lives of children, families, adults, and couples. With a passion for enhancing mental well-being, I specialize in many modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and EMDR, as well as others. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore challenges and discover their strengths. With a focus on building connections and fostering resilience, I am committed to guiding my clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
