I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many clients come feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in people-pleasing patterns, or disconnected from themselves. I provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping tools, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
