I am a Registered Psychologist, working in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County. I provide a client-centered approach in my counselling sessions, and love to work with clients to identify unhelpful thought processes, and develop helpful cognitions, behaviours, and strategies. I am very passionate about working with concerns related to depression, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, and psychoeducation. I have previously worked with children with Autism, and more recently with individuals who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence.
