My ideal clients are individuals and families who appear to be managing on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood beneath the surface. You may be the one who’s always trying your best to keep things together — but inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. I work with children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions, with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals. If you or your child feel misunderstood, struggle with routines, or feel disconnected, you don’t have to figure it out alone!
