I believe that in order for counselling to be successful, it needs to be centered on learning from and with you, respecting and valuing your unique experiences, and learning what is important to you. While every person will have their mental health affected at some point in their life, some at multiple points, I believe that mental health is achievable for all. I am both a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience.
