In a world full of societal expectations and social media influence, it is common to begin to compare ourselves to others which can become self-destructive in many ways. I know all too well the pressures placed on a person, whether it stems from societal beauty standards, work pressures, or major life transitions; they push us into distress, but also the growing edge. I welcome individuals who struggle with a variety of concerns such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image/body dysmorphic disorder, and general life stresses to reach out and have me guide your way to your own vision of wellness.
