I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who views therapy as a collaborative process. If you are looking to meet with me for therapy, you should expect to feel that we are both on the same team, working toward your mental health goals together. I view all clients through a Trauma-Informed perspective and aim to ensure that each client is getting individualized care no matter the presenting concern. It is typical for clients to meet with me and not quite understand what direction they would like to go in, but as your therapist, I will guide you to better understand your needs, wants and desires and work with you to reach those goals.
