My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, or life transitions. They seek clarity, emotional safety, and meaningful change, but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Together, we work toward insight, regulation, and sustainable growth so they can feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in their lives. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, available weekdays, some evenings, and limited weekend appointments.
