I work with thoughtful, introspective people of all ages who are in some kind of in-between. On the surface, life might look fine, but underneath are lacking fulfillment or meaning, feel caught between who you are and who you’re “supposed” to be, experiencing mood swings, an ever-present anxiety, relationship and family tensions, creative burnout, or a sense that the life they’re living doesn’t quite fit. Together, we'll work towards purposeful and courageous living that's more aligned with your values, creativity, and spirit and less driven by fear, stress, comparison, and guilt.
