At the Kemptville Stress Relief Centre we provide transformative therapy for stress and trauma. We know it’s important to have a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself and access your own wisdom to help you heal. Our team of RPs and RSWs offer counselling for ages 2+ to individuals and couples. Our approach is collaborative and client-centred; we believe that you are the best expert on yourself. We use an integrative and psychodynamic approach including Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
