I specialize in working with children, adolescents & young adults (5-18). I use an integrative approach to tailor our sessions to be client-centered, meeting their needs through various modalities ranging from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, narrative therapy, and attachment-focused work. Offering a safe space, you can explore your story, feelings & emotions nonjudgmentally. I aim to support you in gaining greater self-awareness, strengthening social skills, building confidence, while working towards stronger coping skills, & deeper emotional resilience.
