My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, family stress, and life transitions. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to cope with difficult emotions or experiences. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space while using evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process trauma, and move toward healing and growth.
