I have supported adolescents, young men and women, and adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, thought disorders, substance use, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other learning differences. They may face challenges with executive functioning, interpersonal skills, or emotion regulation that get in the way of social and vocational development or other important areas of their. My goal is to help individuals build practical life skills, enhance mental health, and build their self-confidence while managing challenges to empower them to make meaningful change in their lives.
