Life can be challenging at times. It is often stressful and confusing - making us question ourselves. Being able to discuss, brainstorm and navigate these challenges with a trusted outside observer can help clarify and stabilize us during times of tumult. Mental Health – including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and other ailments affects us all to varying degrees. Being able to define and pinpoint the root causes of these issues is critically important to finding solutions that can alleviate these burdens. I provide a safe, effective therapeutic environment where we can work together to explore these feelings.
