I have 25 years experience working with individuals and adults, as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have EMDR certification through EMDRIA. My therapy style is warm, thoughtful, and respectful. I bring mindfulness based techniques, EMDR, and ego states, and IFS informed interventions into my work with my clients, and I also utilize a strengths-based approach.
