There is a deep drive inside of us to form meaningful connections to ourselves, to family, and to community. This is a journey you do not have to take alone. My clients have come to me when going through such life changes, crisis, burnout, the end of a relationship, or a major job shift. I help them navigate these rocky waters and provide a safe haven for them to be seen, heard, validated, understood, and - if need be - challenged.
