I work well with clients who feel given up on, trapped in cycles, and unsure how to break out. You might feel traditional therapy hasn't worked, or you're ready to disentangle your identity from problem behaviors and have those behaviors challenged directly. People who feel like they haven't benefitted from more conventional therapist interactions, have felt unchallenged, received support in session but didn't feel like they were receiving concrete skills that they can use to address the problem. People who want a therapist that's more authentic and rough around the edges rather than someone who performs the role of therapist.
