I help neurodivergent and neurodivergent-questioning adults untangle a lifetime of self-blame, masking, and exhaustion so they can build a life that fits who they are. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring people who have spent years wondering why everyday life seems harder for them than it appears to be for others. They've become experts at pushing through, overthinking, people-pleasing and hiding parts of themselves in order to belong, often at the cost of their wellbeing. Living this way can be exhausting, and it makes sense to want something different, even if you're not sure what that could look like.
