I am a registered Psychologist who currently works in private practice providing both assessment and treatment services for a wide range of mental health issues. I have over 15 years of experience working with depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger and stress management, trauma and grief/loss. I have had a broad base of experience working within hospital settings, university counselling centres, community based agencies and private practice. I bring a warm approach to my work with clients, providing a safe and supportive environment to help facilitate change and growth. I tailor all treatment plans to the individual client.
