My focus is a blend of solution focused, holistic, Buddhist psychology (including mindfulness, meditation and mindful self compassion) and neuroscience. My philosophy is very much based on the importance of our inner work. This is reflected in my own daily practice of meditation, mindfulness and self compassion.
