Hello! I am passionate about working with individuals navigating life transitions or healing from trauma. Whether from abuse, neglect, intergenerational trauma, or difficult childhood experiences, trauma can continue to impact our present lives. Many of my clients are ambitious, successful women of color seeking growth. I believe healing is most effective when holistic, addressing the mind-body connection.
