I provide a supportive safe haven while finding solutions to create a joyful life. My priority is building a strong therapeutic connection and focusing on how our mind affects our mental and physical health. My practice centers on helping you develop a strong, healthy mind and improve your environment. I work with clients experiencing post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and grieving. I also support those bullied in relationships, at home, school, or work. I enjoy working with couples and individuals navigating divorce, as well as those struggling with motivation, avoidance, or moving forward with goals.
