We all have aspirations, desires, and goals that, at times, conflict with one another. These conflicts are often suppressed from our awareness, yet they motivate our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. As a result, no matter how much we say we want to accomplish certain goals, they seem to get sidelined. I work with adults and couples of diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and clinical presentations. Many of whom want to explore and resolve the uncertainty, resentment, discomfort, grief, anxiety, and loneliness that often come with life transitions, business conflicts, and relational concerns.
