I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling and authentic lives. I believe that every person possesses unique strengths and experiences that serve as a foundation for growth and healing. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life. I prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship based on honesty, respect, and non-judgmental support. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I am also an EMDR Trained Therapist having received my training from the Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy.
