I offer counseling services to all ages either in person or online. People who are experiencing struggles in addiction, anxiety and performance anxiety, self esteem, stress, communication skills, anger management and so much more. My approche is based on CBT and DBT mostly but I do use other approches when needed such as collaborative approach, solution based approach, narrative and client based.
