It is hard, I know, and I have been there. I have not been in your exact shoes, but I want you to know that taking this first step is courageous and you do not have to be alone in this journey. My journey as a mom, wife, first responder, and friend, sparked my passion to help individuals work through life's transitions including infertility, caregiver burnout, grief, trauma, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I have a passion for working with first responders and their families and with our younger population including children and teens helping them navigate their unique challenges.
