Maria is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Maria approaches therapy with the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. Maria is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and discover new ways of coping. Her work is guided by the understanding that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and each person’s journey is unique.
