I support individuals ages sixteen and above experiencing challenges with their mental health and life circumstances. My approach is compassion-focused with the intention of creating a safe space for your healing. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that my role as your supporter is to honour and help you to access the wisdom that already exists within you while offering gentle insight and opportunities for growth, change, and empowerment using evidence-based treatment modalities.
