Do you need support and guidance to help you navigate life transitions, divorce, job changes, grief, and listening without judgment? Do you need some skills to cope with these life changes? We all can find happiness in our lives, and each person has unique gifts and abilities to help them achieve that goal. My passion (and purpose) is to help my clients realize these gifts, discover their authentic selves, and learn to navigate the day-to-day challenges of living in this ever-changing world. Increasing self-awareness, learning coping skills, and communicating feelings can lead to positive change and meaningful relationships.
