It takes courage to embark on a journey of increased self-awareness and personal growth. Often, it's increased awareness that leads to change. In therapy, I help you explore and identify what's working and what would make things better in your life. In our sessions, you'll be heard with attention and compassion as you share about yourself. We then create a therapeutic plan along with first steps for how to implement in practical terms. However overwhelming things can feel at times, any age and life stage provides an opportunity to make positive change.
