As a therapist, I support children, teens, young adults, and adults work through hardship, change, and emotional pain. Whether you're navigating a tough life change, your child is struggling in school, or your family is feeling disconnected, we can work through this together. I'm passionate about helping children and youth build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more confident in themselves. I also work closely with families to strengthen relationships and create more harmony at home. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of sudden changes or loss.
