I work with clients mainly using a cognitive behavioral perspective but I also do interpersonal therapy and E.M.D.R. I help my clients work towards the goal of resolving their problems and improving their lives in a meaningful way. Many of my clients suffer from depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with clients needing to cope with grief, loss, and life transitions. I help them to regain their stability and reach a more optimum state of mental health.
