I aim to practice with a social justice lens, attentive to race, culture, gender identity, and spirituality. I believe we can turn pain into power (I’ve experienced this myself)! When you feel seen, understood, and safe, healing happens. Therapy is where you can show up as yourself, keep it real, cry, laugh, and do everything in between without judgment. It provides safety, calm, openness, and engagement. I offer a supportive space to process feelings, learn about yourself, and take control of your life. You’ll receive compassionate guidance to strengthen relationships and improve your life.
