I believe therapy is most effective when it genuinely respects and builds on your unique strengths, values, and the resourcefulness you've already shown in your life. My goal is to support people in moving forward in their lives in ways that effectively address concerns related to mental health, unresolved relationship trauma, persistent loneliness, relationship focused anxiety and overthinking, identity concerns, and navigating the demands of early adulthood. I also provide clinical supervision to psychotherapists working toward CRPO independent practice status and advanced clinicians wishing to expand their therapeutic skills.
