As a dedicated clinician, my goal is to create a compassionate and genuinely safe space where women feel empowered to explore their challenges, build lasting resilience, and take meaningful, confident steps toward personal growth. My clinical experience is centered on working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group therapy settings. Throughout my career, I've supported clients in navigating personal challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, findingwork-life balance, and major life transitions.
