Hi! I am a down to Earth licensed therapist and the owner of Sound Soul Mental Health Counseling & Wellness. I provide client-centered and integrative counseling services to individuals, youth, and families. I believe in treating people from a holistic perspective - meaning that I treat the whole person; mind, body, and soul. I have a passion for people and understand that growth is non-linear. I strive to work collaboratively with clients and tailor our sessions to fit their specific situation and needs.
