In the words of Ted Lasso: “Be curious, not judgmental.” I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the work, with a focus on supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, neurodiversity, and those seeking gender-affirming care. The journey into counseling is rooted in two core passions: a deep curiosity about the human mind and a love for meaningful collaboration. I draw from both psychoanalytic and client-centered approaches to help explore each person’s unique challenges, desires, and goals. My aim is to bring empathy, humor, and—above all—curiosity into the therapeutic space.
