I provide therapy in a private practice setting, allowing me to offer personalized, individualized treatment with flexible times! Each session focuses on both your long-term hopes & needs TODAY. I'm here for adults & families that find themselves in frustrating cycles, helping adults enhance cognitive functioning, overcome procrastination, & leverage strengths to reach potential & achieve goals. I also support mood & behavioral concerns, self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, loss. When working with families I hope to help translate and communicate concerns, needs, and feelings between child/teen/adults and their parents & caregivers.
