Suffering can take many forms: pervasive sadness, unwavering anxiety, or continuous relationship struggles. Perhaps you're burdened by past trauma, stuck in old patterns, and wonder why change feels so difficult despite your best efforts. You may feel disconnected from your inner world, creativity, body, or sense of purpose. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to carry it alone. I work with adults and teens navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and complicated grief. My clients are often creative, sensitive, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ or spiritually-curious.
