Welcome, I'm a trauma-informed therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults through mental health challenges, addiction, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory and early attachment theory. I help clients uncover early patterns that shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and often infused with a gentle sense of humor, allowing us to work through challenges in a supportive and engaging way.
