I believe therapy should be tailored to you; incorporating your life, experiences, and story so each session feels authentic, meaningful, and supports lasting change. I work with individuals of any age navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety or depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, and relationship or life transitions. This can look like burnout, overthinking, big emotions, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in old patterns and being unsure on how to move forward. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves, feel more connected to those around them, and find ways to move forward that actually fit who they are.
