I want to commend you for seeking support as you navigate through your unique journey toward healing and personal growth. It's not easy and takes a great deal of strength. I believe that we are all unique and as such we experience life from our own unique perspective, despite our common humanity. My approach is person-centred and I have many years of experience working in various capacities with individuals from all walks of life, especially those suffering traumatic brain injury. I also co-facilitate group therapy and psycho-educational workshops on varied mental health topics at the Medical Clinic for Person-Centred Psychotherapy.
